By purchasing, downloading, or using Replica AIO ("the Software", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
Your membership grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Replica AIO for the duration of your active subscription. Your license key is tied to your account and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
2. Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for how you use the Software and for complying with the terms of service of any third-party website or platform you interact with. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the Software's licensing.
3. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Third-party sites change frequently and may affect functionality at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, or account approval.
4. Subscription & Billing
Membership is billed monthly at $29.99 and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and does not affect the current billing period.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership that violates these Terms, with no refund.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds.
No Refunds
Once a membership renewal payment is processed, it becomes irrevocably non-refundable. Neglecting to cancel before the renewal date will forfeit the user's right to any refund, both for the current and any future billing periods.
Chargebacks
Replica AIO has a strict no-chargeback policy. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will result in immediate and irreversible termination of your membership. Be advised: The Company will not hesitate to take legal action to recover any owed amounts, along with any associated costs. Consider this your unequivocal warning.
